That is a very predictable woman!!! As long as she can stand up on ASH WEDNESDAY and say that she had a SUCCESSFUL CARNIVAL, Keith Diaz (and TUCO) could steal all the taxpayers money they want. She is simply there to FUND and PROMOTE and dress up fancy and take credit for staging a successful carnival.
So after assuring that there will be a PANORAMA (in her first public comments since the verdict) she went on to say that Judge Vashiest Kokaram is very concerned about the financing of Pan Trinbago.
I would expect that as MINISTER OF CULTURE she would say: I am very concerned about the financing of PAN TRINBAGO. A lot of people on this forum are -- we spend so much time calling Keith Diaz a gangsta who ran PAN TRINBAGO bankrupt. And yet she continues to put money into the hands of Keith Diaz and even the judge said: Put 3 million more!!!
Doctor Dolly further explained the Government (I think that she forgot that SHE IS THE GOVERNMENT) disburses money in four tranches but before each tranche, there is supposed to be monitoring of how the money was spent but that has not been happening.

The Minister is busy writing her speech for ASH WEDNESDAY when she will proclaim the 2018 Trinidad Carnival a WORLD CLASS SUCCESS with almost 40 thousand tourists visiting the island and generating BILLIONS in business. She will leave out the part about the exploitation of PAN MEN and the millions that KEITH DIAZ will pilfer from the GRAND PANORAMA especially now that he is back in control of the PANORAMA GATE.
