Minister Dr Nyan Gadbsy-Dolly said (about 11 days ago) that despite the absence of an NCC board plans for Carnival 2018 have been ongoing and the new board will NOT have to start at zero.
And she promised to have the new board installed in two weeks!!!
Ah think ah see Gregory Lindsay put up ah long contrary story about that whole NCC BOARD TING. But this RUSSELL PROVIDENCE intervention on the CIP have me ah little discombobulated. So ah ahve to go back and get meh facts straight -- or ah little less crooked!
