Education Minister Anthony Garcia says he's hoping to introduce a structured curriculum for steelpan before the end of his term. This, as he said preserving Trinidad and Tobago's culture must begin with the youth. The Minister spoke with TTT News while attending the Schools Traditional Mas Parade in downtown Port of Spain.
