Pan Trinbago must put pan first

Despite his attempts to deny and dispute what transpired at Sunday's inconclusive annual general meeting, Pan Trinbago president Keith Diaz could not get around the fact that the meeting ended in less than amicable tones.
Citing the pan body's constitution, Mr Diaz conceded that a motion was tabled at the meeting calling for the removal of the executive which he leads.
He said he could not entertain the motion, because he was not able to determine whether it had the support of a sufficient number of signatories, and that such a motion was required to be considered by a special emergency meeting.

“Rather than prolong the agony of steelband lovers and supporters of this aspect of our national culture, Mr Diaz and the members of his executive must feel an obligation to do what seems right in these circumstances.”
This man was elected to do a JOB it’s his RESPONSIBILITY to get it done, like someone said "by any means necessary." The quick fix is not going to work, if he can’t handle the pressure/stress RESIGN. How long does he think the delay tactics will work?
Pan men and women hired him, they can FIRE him and his executives. Time for some long term planning, what about the outdated constitution, the organizational structure, the delivery of services to your consumers? This is a BUSINESS oops I forgot its a cultural organization. The revolution will not be televised or played out on radio.
