Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - The twelve medium steel orchestras which are finalists in the 2023 Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama have drawn numbers for their order of appearance on February 12. The activity was held by event organizer Pan Trinbago for the competition which is being staged in sister isle Tobago.
