It is hard to see ALL STARS or DESPERADOES or EXODUS or PHASE II or RENEGADES or SILVER STARS or STARLIFT or SUPERNOVAS -- OUT OF THE FINALS.

Which means that there will be only TWO SPOTS left. So BIRDSONG and FONCLAIRE and INVADERS and SKIFFLE and TROPICAL ANGEL HARPS will be battling like hell to take those final TWO SLOTS.

BIRDSONG, FONCLAIRE, SKIFFLE -- somebody is going to be left out!!!

Mia did an excellent job. The problem was the band lacked of size. The struggle for players is quite real.
Rolly Polly and D'Photo almost destroyed Pan in Trinidad with their scandalous behavior. In an interview one of the large bands managers said they still had less than 100 players.
I listened to Invaders well. It is an eight minute jam from start to finished.

Not ONE DAY could go by on this forum without you engaging in some form of scurrilous remarks about the PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT of PAN TRINBAGO.

I say showcase your rising stars!!! Look how many young girls and women are playing in the PANORAMA; let them see that they too could reach the mountain top of MUSIC and PAN.

Doh worry!!! As soon as MY PRESIDENT is finished with this PANORAMA I am going to present to him my idea of a GREATEST HITS PAN CD and I am putting MIA in my VOLUME ONE compilation.

Claude it was indeed awesome watching all those young players performing at the highest level.
But why did Rolly Polly and D'Photo have the children and the greatest bands in the world performing at 3:00am in the morning. Doesn't he not know what are the hours of "Prime Time". Was he marketing the Panorama or Greens?

The greatest hits CD is an excellent idea.

BIRDSONG, FONCLAIRE, SKIFFLE and La Brea Nightingales got less points than Pan Elders. Almost 1/3 of the large band category. Something wrong with the categories set-up.

Wait until the Semis gentlemen before making crazy predictions and if you'll want to get younger people to join this forum. No band in the large category have completed their full tune and the required 8 mins. Every band deserves a fair chance and all pannists are in their respective panyards sharpening up their skills . Remember some bands are making drastic changes in their arrangements based on the judges remarks and from hearing other bands via today's video technology. We all have seen differences in score sheets as the competition advances. And remember the Judges this year are not getting any more free drinks thanks to the cutbacks and NCC being in charge. Also please give the Medium and Small bands some attention here because after all Pan Elders from south are three time champions and they playing a Sugar Aloes vintage hit this year and don't forget that Siparia Deltones still standing even though Zanda and a few players vacated them for Despers and a few other bands .

This 2017 is a year when the Panorama competition should be put one side and all the bands  should just parade and get a million dollars each. The music is just soooo good!
