I'm sure that I'm not the only person who would like to find out about the monies collected from this years panorama, the talk was NCC was keeping it, the big question is ,till when? Transparency is needed to prevent Corruption.
Well reading KEITH DIAZ through my LENS I am sure that when he had the PRIVATE MEETING with DOCTOR DOLLY to discuss the reduction in payment from $1000 to $500 and to eliminate himself from carryover debt into 2018 -- he also asked to be paid his ONE POINT EIGHT MILLION from the PRIZE MONIES and also his FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR consulting fee for PRODUCING THE PANORAMA.
So the only money that the NCC might be holding is the payments to WINNING BANDS if they have not already paid that out!!!
