Once upon a time before COVID-19 - thousands of revelers would have hit the streets of Brooklyn this morning with nothing but steelbands and rhythms sections for musical accompaniment.
J'Ouvert in Brooklyn. Oil, Pan, Mud, Powder and Mas. Considered by many to be the best J'Ouvert celebration in the world.
