PAN TRINBAGO is DEAD -- THE EXECUTIVE is there just to pay themselves BIG SALARIES and TALK BIG TALK. But nothing ever GETS DONE. 100 committees and 1000 meetings -- ALL SHOW and NO GO.
So it is indeed up to INDIVIDUAL PAN LOVERS to bring their ideas and skills forward and start building from THE BOTTOM UP and NOT try to build from THE TOP DOWN as is THE FAILED CUSTOM!!!
