The LOCALS have to wake up one day and TAP INTO the large EXPAT COMMUNITY who are inwardly hungry to find some sense of belonging on the LOCAL SCENE -- even without PHYSICAL PRESENCE. Dem EXPATS really love THE PAN and TRINIDAD and there must be some effort to bring TRINIDADIANS together to support and expand the GLOBAL distribution of STEELBAND MUSIC.
I am still trying to figure out what makes that show work so well. And perhaps how they could make some EXPATS pump some money into the project to keep it ALIVE since the producers never stopped asking for financial help last night.
I thought that the MUSIC and song selection was better last year. Even my KNOCK OUT band from last year was not SO HOT this year. But I thoroughly enjoyed THE EVENING OF PAN.
HATS OFF again to ALIMA GARCIA and her HUSBAND for taking COMMUNITY BUILDING to that level!

How is Pan Trinbago relevant?
Why not let the Pan on the Avenue folks or the Big Five foundation run Panorama 2019? Can you imagine how badly this event would have failed it Pan Trinbago was running it?

Fantastic show Alima, it was a great idea to have a little group going in between bands to pick up the slack. The sound was great and the live feed was outstanding. Let the people who are bringing us the 2019 Panorama ( hopefully ) know the names and address for future reference. Thanks again guys, I intend to be there next year in person. In fact, Cecil, Claude, Bertel, why don't we all plan on going next year to meet up and have a lime.
I agree, Alima and her family should be commended on staging a good show. I enjoyed talking on the stream, you meet friends from all over the world.
