Madam President, set her apart, oceans away, not mired in the feudalistic tribalism of the ineptitudes of some who wish to make jokes for school children, at the expense of competition being the death kneel of the togetherness of our brothers and sisters in Pan, that leave foriegn lands, such as France and Japan for 3 months to be a part of us...for what....this kinda abuse, and folly from armchair pundits in the diaspora, who like children playing with matches next to a curtain; burning away the Goodwill of Togetherness that you have worked to keep going during your administration. Music is our Culture, Noise is not...you seem to have forgotten that and now my associations house in France is on fire 
and the wrong narrative is now being portrayed from the brand perspective of PanTrinbago, my association who has endorsed this competition PanOGrama. Have you forgotten that you are the President of the World Governing Body, or is it just for Tobago 
or the Republic of TTO?

I wish to further add that, against this background, as CEO; that you are in egregious breach of PTB Constitution Article 4, No.1, of failing to appropriately act as the sole representative for members throughout the world like Mathieu Borgne of , one of the visiting members of the French Connection of our Global Pan Family for over 5 years in TTO, in your substantive capacity throughout the World in its capacity as the World Governing Body for SteelPan and Steelband Music.
