Grenada, W.I. - ....The Junior Panorama is one component of the event billed as the ‘Children Carnival Frolic.’ It is an all-day affair slated to run from 11:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. and includes junior mas players and a junior calypso competition. The venue is the Grenada National Stadium, Queen’s Park in the country’s capital, St. George’s.
