Chief Justice Roxane George will deliver her ruling tomorrow. And that will determine how the Elections Commission shall proceed in declaring the winner of the 2020 ELECTIONS.
The CARICOM Chairperson and Barbadian Prime Minister (Mia Mottley) will lead a delegation of regional heads in Georgetown tomorrow. That delegation will include the Prime Minister of Grenada (Dr Keith Mitchell), Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines (Ralph Gonsalves) and Prime Minister of Dominica (Roosevelt Skerrit).
Meanwhile, GRANGER has made it quite clear that he won’t allow “political malefactors to hijack our democracy”!!! From everything I have heard coming from GRANGER -- THE ELECTION has been DECIDED and he HE IS THE PRESIDENT OF GUYANA -- FOR LIFE!!!

At the RO’s office this morning, Political parties, observers and media were barred from going close to the building. In fact, they would not pass the outer layer of the barricades which are being guarded by member of the Guyana Police Force.
So it looks as if the court-ordered TABULATION PROCESS is going to be CONDUCTED and WITNESSED ONLY BY GRANGER (of course he is not going to be physically there) and THE GRANGER POLICE and HIS PARTY!!!
Guess who is NOT SURPRISED???
When they interviewed the CHIEF COUNSEL for the PPP yesterday after the favourable outcome, they asked him an implied question about THE OPPOSITION now being in a position go get a fair tabulation at a time -- he hesitated and then said that this is a ONE BRIDGE at a TIME PROCESS ... I got his message LOUD and CLEAR.
I hate to think where this could ALL END!!!
The judge ruled that there had been substantial non-compliance by the Returning Officer for Region Four (Clairmont Mingo) in the declaration of of results for Region Four and the results are therefore null and void and vacated.
She further rules that the Guyana Elections Commission cannot declare a final result until the declaration for Region Four is properly done and that the process should BEGIN TOMORROW at 11 a.m.

I still feel that GRANGER had PROGRAMMED HIS RIG -- for the LONG HAUL ... even though that 51,000 PPP lead ALMOST upset the COCONUT CART!!!
