"February 3, 2020: Guyana’s Stabroek license – one of the world’s biggest oil finds in years – will cause the country to lose out on up to US$55 billion, according to a new Global Witness investigation based on an OpenOil analysis. They could have taken $10,000,000 from that $55,000,000,000 and set up a MASSIVE PAN FACTORY leading the world in PAN PRODUCTION -- because when they had NO MONEY they were still investing in STEELBAND MUSIC down there!!!
