When Steel Talks is sharing in part, an update on Dalton, posted by Glenroy Joseph dated September 26, 2023.

• Hi , everyone, I’m very appreciative of the fact that so many of you took an interest in the status and well being of my friend Dalton, who is obviously very well known and loved by many.
  Through another friend I was able to acquire his wife’s phone number and I gave her a call.

  Though she didn’t know me personally, she knew who I was and was very gracious in sharing her husband’s status, and had no problem with me sharing it with his friends; she said there were no secrets.
  Currently Dalton resides in a health care facility suffering from memory loss, is unable to communicate has limited recognition and can hardly speak.

  He is also suffering from war related PTSD .
