When Steel Talks extends congratulations to Antigua & Barbuda's 2018 Panorama Champions - Hells Gate and Panache Steel Orchestras!  It's a tie! 

Congrats also to both champion arrangers, Khan Cordice (Hells Gate), and the first ever champion female arranger in Antigua & Barbuda - Ms. Zahra Lake! (Panache)

Halcyon Steel Orchestra was third.
