Russell Providence: I happen to believe that the HUMAN RACE evolved from APES in AFRICA. And that these early ancestors then migrated (EXPATTED) across the world experiencing physiological and cerebral changes based on climatic conditions and mental challenges along the way making them LOOK DIFFERENT TODAY.
The MULTI-REGIONAL evolution theory is tempting -- but I am going with the AFRICAN ROOTS.

Well, after looking at the PAN TING, I am tempted to believe that the FIRST STEELPAN made from a 55-GALLON OIL DRUM evolved in ANTIGUA in 1946.

Mr. Gonzales why are you diluting to debate with a multiplicity of posts on the same subject? How do you expect to simplify the task of collating information, and possibly arriving at some acceptable consensus.
