Leadership!

Although, Mario Sabga-Aboud said on CNN that he controls everything that goes on in Trinidad, he was smart enough to let the scientist and engineer Keith Rowley run the show.  He understands the math.

All the countries (Brasil, Mexico) with leaders, who said the corona virus was a hoax suffered.  The massive number of New York deaths scared the Caribbean straight. Many of the medical workers in NY were giving real eyewitness accounts of dead people to their fellow Caribbean mates. Nothing, changes people behavior like dead people or a brush with death. Just look at Boris from the UK.

Hail to Keith Rowley and the PNM, leadership we can trust.

Aquil, don't go there …..

We dodged the first bullet. Thanks to remarkable leadership and populations who know hardship, have fine-tuned survival skills, and a shared understanding of the common good. We dodged the first bullet, the warning shot, which made some mighty nations stagger and fall. The real test is still to come. This is not a one-shot event, we are looking at rapid-fire

But there is wisdom in these islands. We will get through, and grow stronger in the process.

And unfortunately Lillan the flip side to what you say is real and active. Just take a look at Brazil this morning, A classic example of what happens when you allow stupid people to have a voice and power.  I suspect the president of Brazil is no longer calling COVID-19 a hoax. Too bad Rudolph Charles was not around with his hammer to help the people of Brazil months ago when the president  opened his mouth.

Yes,bugs,

It's Hammertime. Consider, for a moment the intense discipline of a Panorama side at the peak of its performance, the perfect blending of individual instruments  in a powerful common expression. That is at the very core of Caribbean livity.
