Now I see your tendency which is to turn PAN TRINBAGO into a MINI GOVERNMENT and act as if you are the PRIME MINISTER. But that approach is nothing but self-aggrandizement and like an ill wind, it will blow no good for the Organization or the Pan Players.
So here is the simple passage to success: Let your guiding light be creativity and resourcefulness, and adhere to the principle that decisive action is always possible in the midst of stultifying processes in the PAN TRINBAGO administration arena."
Marcus Ash is the only GET UP AND GO executive on your team. He understands decisive action, so you should not put constraints on him or compartmentalize him to the job of "MINISTER OF EDUCATION".
And you have to get this OVER-ADMINISTRATION out of your head and see YOUR PRESIDENCY (initially) through the eyes of completion and delivery on SMALL PROJECTS -- like a PRESS CONFERENCE where you outline your agenda to the PUBLIC and even announce two or three achievable goals within reasonable timelines; and some (immediate) minor upgrades to the current PAN TRINBAGO WEBSITE stripping it of all that OLD NEWS.
Or you pick ONE PAN YARD and start implementing your promise to turn PAN YARDS into CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE -- if you have an actual plan for that, or maybe it was just election ole talk.
I am sure that the BAND LEADERS and PAN PLAYERS have a million suggestions and demands -- I just randomly picked three.
But everything has to stay frozen and in place until December 4th, right after the REGIONAL ELECTIONS -- that is a BAD TELL which foreshadows your tendency towards BIG GOVERNMENT ... the slow poison for decisive action!!!
And nobody eh talking about paying the PAN PLAYERS for PANORAMA 2018 as yet -- that is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY now!!!
