$10,000,000 was supposed to go to PAN MEN who played in the PANORAMA -- 10,000 players @ $1000 a player (okay: I will call them MUSICIANS to make merrytonestothebone happy). But in the end only $3,750,000 were paid to the MUSICIANS. A $10,000,000 "debt" was negotiated down to $3,750,000.

So between Dr. Dolly and Keith Diaz PAN MUSICIANS got shorted/negotiated down/robbed/conned out of $6,250,000. So I don't want to hear any more talk about who SO STUPID to takeover PAN TRINBAGO with all that DEBT. After seeing what DOLLY and DIAZ do the these POOR MUSICIANS I am 100% sure that they could negotiate that $34 MILLION down to about $5 MILLION. Dey GOOD SO!

And what did the UPPM/CIP do beside calling on DIAZ to STEP DOWN and lining up to TAKE OVER his job? NOTHING!!!
