I was looking at an INTERVIEW on CNN tonight and the INTERVIEWEE said: CHANGE ALWAYS COMES FROM THE OUTSIDE!!!

Now, I don't know if I AGREE or DISAGREE with that statement.

RUSSELL PROVIDENCE is the RESIDENT PHILOSOPHER on THIS FORUM because he has READ A MILLION BOOKS and MADE HIS PAN WAY AROUND THE WORLD -- MANY TIMES OVER. So I do not want to get into NO PHILOSOPHICAL DEBATE WITH NOBODY.

But what I KNOW -- is that this is the ERA of GLOBAL INFORMATION SHARING ... and if you GREW UP IN SECRET TOBAGO and you just came TO TONG -- you might be CONDITIONED to KEEP SECRETS even though there is a SATELLITE and INTERNET CONNECT which has DRAMATICALLY CHANGED the manner in which INFORMATION IS SHARED.

That is not MY FAULT if you do NOT RECOGNIZE -- THE WORLD TODAY.

As some of you may know, I hate LONG INTRODUCTIONS in MY CALYPSO and in my POSTINGS. But I had to CLEAR THE AIR to make sure that BEVERLEY gets THE PICTURE.

BOTTOM LINE: She has to ASK THE VEE PEE for HIS RESIGNATION because this is now a WORLD GOVERNING BODY OF STEELBAND ISSUE and not a SECRETIVE TOBAGO ISSUE.

And GUESS WHO is THE DEALER at this GLOBAL PAN TABLE?

I don't know if CHANGE ALWAYS comes from the OUTSIDE (or not) -- but I am ENERGIZED to TEST THE THEORY!!!

And THE BEV -- WILL REPLACE THAT VEE PEE!!! (COME SUN OR RAIN!!!)
