I was not invited to give an 8-MINUTE PRESENTATION at THE EVENT last SUNDAY. But here is my PLAN FOR PAN if I am successful as a WRITE-IN CANDIDATE!!!

TRINIDAD and TOBAGO is an INDEPENDENT NATION and as such we should demonstrate to the WORLD that we can make INDEPENDENT DECISIONS that are meant to BENEFIT THE NATION above what the rest of the world may think.

So the first step in my PLAN FOR PAN would be to ROUND UP all the CRIMINAL ELEMENTS across THE NATION (we all know what they look like -- I have even saved a few pictures over to years to demonstrate my point just in case I ever had to opportunity to stand before you and MAKE MY CASE).

We are an INDEPENDENT NATION so I don't want to hear anything about HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES!!!

My estimate is 5000 to 7000 to complete THE ROUND UP!!! Then we put them all on an INDUSTRIAL FARM where they -- principally -- GROW CROPS and PRODUCE PANS. If the HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCATES make too much NOISE, we put them on the FARM to work, too.

We all know that the ONE THING we do best in the world in TRINIDAD is MAKE PANS. So it eh have no going wrong with that. And we all know that there is a GLOBAL DEMAND for PANS that is almost BOTTOMLESS. So MILLIONS OF DOLLARS will be FLOWING INTO THE ISLAND because LABOUR WILL BE CHEAP and we could sell the PANS at REASONABLE PRICES.

Since I only have THREE MINUTES left, I will move on to my NEXT PROJECT in my PLAN FOR PAN.

We need an EVENTS CENTER!!!

MY administration will build an EVENTS CENTER that caters to WEDDINGS, CHRISTENINGS, CONFERENCES, PARTIES, CARNIVAL FETES, PICNICS ... well allyuh is big people so allyuh could add in allyuh own imagination ... as time is running out on me.

But this is a YEAR-ROUND PRODUCTION where BLACK PEOPLE MONEY will be RECYCLING in PAN TRINBAGO and THE PAN COMMUNITY. Think about our PAN COMMUNITY with its own extended MARKET of over 350,000 (ah get that number from Keith Diaz so it is subject to CORRECTION -- but it does not have to be exact) and how it could benefit from THIS PLAN.

In summary, MY administration will REDUCE CRIME DRAMATICALLY (and think about that big piece of the BUDGET that is spent "FIGHTING CRIME" as CRIME continues to spiral more and more out of control) and generate MILLIONS for the organization LOCALLY -- and probably bring in BILLIONS ... GLOBALLY over 5 to 10 years!!!
