Two numbers caught my attention recently. One was from JUNIA REGRELLO who estimated a $500,000 cost to make the FINAL TEN and the other was from BEVERLEY who said that a MEDIUM BAND ARRANGER costs about $60,000.
So when you add up the expenses (and I mean ALL EXPENSES) for the169 bands that participated in the PANORAMA -- I would like to see a ROUGH NUMBER.
Now, if they SKIP ONE PANORAMA and take all the money along with the $20,000,000 from DOLLY and the NCC -- they could build a BIG BEAUTIFUL HEADQUARTERS on the VACANT LAND that they have sitting there growing weeds.
Well, I will suggest more of an EVENTS CENTER as I outlined in the past. And the Eastern Region Office could be headquartered there, leaving the CENTRAL EXECUTIVE in THE CITY.
Money coming in LIKE RAIN (all year round) from PAN CONCERTS, WEDDINGS, CHRISTENINGS, PRIVATE FETES, CALYPSO CONCERTS -- use allyuh imagination ... hell, add a nice BAR/NIGHT CLUB to the project and even throw in some SLOT MACHINES.
