I found only one article on the PAN PRODUCTION which was in NEWSDAY -- and that was basically a REPORT!!!

Well, I doh know nothing about PAN or MUSIC!!! But to me there were only two noteworthy performances. The first was an early round  performance by KHUENT ROSE and the second was the semifinal performance by KHAN CORDICE. Although I would have to say that i was basing my rating of the KHAN CORDICE performance  more on APPROACH (and that is a very significant point to me) than on CONTENT (but there was a little bit of that). And I did not like THE TONALITY of the KHAN CORDICE PANS ... so that created a little problem for me.

My biggest pet peeve was the production. The video quality was weak and the audio production was uneven at best as we moved between the competitors.  Some of the audio was poor and unfit for a competition on this level.  However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic restrictions - everyone gets a pass.  Under normal conditions I would recommend that established folks like Basement Recordings be brought into the mix if you are going to produce a professional show.. 

As for the performances it is going to always be Americans in the lead with one or two exceptions like Earl Brooks Jr., Keisha and Khan. They are much better prepared. The Trinidad and Tobago panyards during the off season should work with 5 to 12 year olds to broaden what they listen to and increase their musical vocabulary.

The producers in their wisdom quite likely may have understood the challenges associated with that dynamic, and structured the rules accordingly.

While Mrs Beverley Ramsey-Moore an Mr. Marcus Ash Esq. BEGGING PEOPLE FUH MONEY to do what dem an God alone know, VISA came on board to support EXODUS while the International Pan Ramajay was in full flight = WIN WIN WIN.

Companies like VISA doh put dey money behind shit like Pan Trinbago. 

Buh since yuh aks, you should note that the VISA link takes you to a publication of their 2019 fiscal report, SOMETHING Mrs BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE AND Mr. MARCUS ASH Esq. refuses to publish, discuss or debate, although they are duty bound to share that information with their membership, but coming to BEG PEOPLE FOR MONEY, after dey done lick up more than ah million dollars ah taxpayers money in Tobago PANORAMA, wey de favored eat till dey belly want tuh buss.
