THE INAUGURAL SMALL BANDS 2020 PANORAMA IS OVER. I THINK THERE SHOULD BE A LAW AGAINST ANY ENTITY PLAYING LOUD MUSIC AT THE SAME TIME ANY TRINIDAD & TOBAGO NATIONAL FINALIST IS PERFORMING. TONIGHT I HEARD THE AMPLIFIED SOUND FROM AN ENTITY THAT HOSTED AN EVENT NEAR THE SAVANNAH WHERE THE PANORAMA WAS HELD. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PAN TRINBAGO AND THAT ENTITY TO LOWER ITS VOLUME WHEN ANY BAND IS ABOUT TO PERFORM.

Now that I read Ian's posting and saw that 3 of the TOP FIVE BANDS were from TOBAGO -- ah get vex till meh eye get red; only wickedness in my head; call the MENTAL HOSPITAL; come quick to avoid a funeral.
All dem CRACKSHOTS in TRINIDAD playing in five and six bands and dey let DEM TOBAGONIANS come and lick dem up in the MECCA of the STEELBAND.
Well, AMERICA have more PAN THAN TRINIDAD ... so maybe we are not really THE MECCA anymore. And with a VISIONLESS LEADER like BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE ... we might wake one day and hear that steelband come from -- the UNITED KINGDOM ... America done start already setting up PAN FACTORY to MANUFACTURE we OWN CULTURE.
