The debt she inherited was TOO MASSIVE!!! And her ADMINISTRATIVE and DIPLOMATIC and MARKETING SKILLS are NOT A FIT for PAN TRINBAGO during this FINANCIAL CRISIS. When you combine this with her inherent tendency to secrecy and the MESSIANIC LEADERSHIP approach to MANAGEMENT -- PAN PROGRESS in THE MECCA is doomed under HER LEADERSHIP.
So if she really loves THE STEELBAND MOVEMENT as she likes to proclaim with quivering voice and Tobago-accented inflection -- then she should DO THE RIGHT THING and STEP DOWN ... or at least STEP ASIDE and let THE GREAT BODY of ADMINISTRATIVE TALENT which is sitting on the sidelines (frustrated at shocked by her ineptitude) take over the reins of leadership and PULL PAN TRINBAGO out of this DOWNWARD SPIRAL.
