So the second change that I am asking for is to let the POOR PAN PLAYERS (membership) know that they are NOT THE HIGHEST authority (in PAN TRINBAGO) and empower MR. MARCUS ASH (the education officer) to teach the POOR PAN PLAYERS how they COULD become a significant segment of the HIGHEST AUTHORITY in PAN TRINBAGO in a more egalitarian organization.

Spending time talking about how and when money was stolen from Pan Trinbago in the past benefits no one, and it will only stir up anger and resentment in a lot of people.The question is do you want to anger people or do you want to inspire them. We all have a pretty good idea of what happened in the past, tell people how you intend to bring respectability back to the organization.
