And that does not include the STOLEN PROFITS FROM THE PANORAMA INCOME!!!
Yet, after all that TAX PAYER INVESTMENT -- PAN TRINBAGO ends up in $60,000,000 debt in 2018!!!
And now they put a BACKWARD PRESIDENT from TOBAGO to straighten this whole thing out and reject BUSINESS MANAGERS like LAWFORD DUPRES and ROBERT AMAR and KERON VALENTINE who could have TURNED THE TIDE.
