This SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM seems like a very good cause -- despite the charges of political contamination. So I think that THE FORUM deserves a better explanation of the PROCESS so that we may all have a better understanding of the TWO SIDES of this issue.

Now, as I invite The President of PAN TRINBAGO to come and state her case, my good friend CECIL HINKSON comes to mind. He recently made a statement that if we keep criticizing BEVERLEY and PAN TRINBAGO that organization will be dissuaded from POSTING ON THIS FORUM. In other words: Just say nice things about the organization and never criticize.

And on the flip side of that coin: Russell Providence was explaining how DEMOCRACY is dead in PAN TRINBAGO because BIG MEN are scared to speak out for fear of RETALIATION.

(LORD, ah went and stray from my DISCUSSION TITLE!!!)

But I think that it would behoove PAN TRINBAGO to have THE PRESIDENT or some representative come to THIS FORUM every once in a while and just CLEAR UP THINGS when some of their HIGH PROFILE PROJECTS get LOST IN TRANSLATION.

As PANTRINBAGO tries to REHAB its BATTERED IMAGE -- SILENCE from THE PRESIDENT is not the best course of action. It is really time for the appointment of a PRO.

Anyway, I am begging BEVERLEY or RUSSELL PROVIDENCE or MARCUS ASH to come on this FORUM and explain some of the details on the SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM that was established between The New Butler Associate College and PAN TRINBAGO.

Cecil Hinkson: As the new ERO for PAN TRINBAGO for NORTH AMERICA, you should be able to MAKE A CALL TO BEVERLEY and get her to come on and explain the basics of this project to the 20,000 readers on WHEN STEEL TALKS.

Ah read the RUSSELL PROVIDENCE side of the story -- now I want to hear the PAN TRINBAGO side!!!
