I TOTALLY CONCUR with Courtney Batholomew's insight, and this is Y The Steel Band/Pan need's to have it's own MINISTRY for it too "SURVIVE" here in TRINIDAD & TOBAGO...

A Pan Ministry in T&T is not the end point and all will be well...........
..but it certainly will be a good vehicle to take the pan forward. This dialogue is necessary and important in order to explore this as a real possibility
