Well, Ingrid: I was thinking along the same lines. Roll the $75,000 into a BIG SPECTACULAR PAN SHOW some time between the one year anniversary in October and the EARLY weeks of DECEMBER.
Send the EXECUTIVE MEMBERS out into the field to generate the FUNDS for such an event and let us entertain the PAN WORLD with a FIRST CLASS PAN PRODUCTION!!!

Evidence of the fact that Pan Trinbago may be failing in their mandate, especially as it relates to article 4 of the organization's constitution, objectives, which of necessity must (shall) be subsequently examined and addressed.
It would be interesting to see how Mr. Gonzales' estimated income of 75G was generated, and how it would be be accounted for.
I believe that it was Pan Trinbago's (the world governing body for steelband) sole responsibility at the onset, and not CARIFESTA's (CARICOM a regional body), to ensure that regional steelbands were adequately represented. Are you not the world governing body? Isn't FIFA a part of the decision making process in olympic football participation Pan Trinbago?
