Keeping the Culture of Pan Alive through Digital Connectivity.

An award to steel orchestras that demonstrate savviness in the use of digital technologies to adapt and transform its operations to meet the demands and realities of a new way of thinking and operating during the Covid-19 pandemic. This prestigious award in honour of Lord Kitchener in 2022 commemorates 100 Years since his birth in 1922 in Arima. His extraordinary and distinctive contribution in musical composition recognizes that Lord Kitchener was a musical genius ahead of his time in the musical arts of the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival and masquerade traditions.
