    A census was probably done to show that the grand stand can easily accommodate the North stand's semi-finals posse, and so, save some money.

    I can't see how the cost of putting up the North Stands could run into millions. It's not like they have to fabricate anything, they just have to reassemble the building. This could be one of the areas they rip off the government.

    I believe it depends on the cost to enter the grand stand for the events, and the revenue honestly collected and reported.

    Non erection of the North Stand represent failure to some degree, at one time it used to be full for most carnival shows, there was also bleachers from the entrance to the exit of the savannah. We once prided ourselves with our carnival but that's on life-support with no sign of help is site.

    Sharmain Baboolal say that BEVERLEY is a great politician. But I am watching Beverley WALKING TALL and whistling past the GRAVEYARD. Now she know (and I know) that she is swimming in some shark-infested political waters -- and that graveyard is full of JUMBIES and SABOTEURS.

    Earl Ramsey coming on and saying that is WE on THIS FORUM who nipping all she flowers in the bud -- but like Earl Ramsey doh know that BEVERLEY have powerful political enemies at the highest level of Government.

    So this promises to be a very interesting PRESIDENCY and my prediction is that Beverley will have to make political compromises -- not in the BEST INTEREST of PAN PLAYERS.

    As My President likes to say: WE WILL SEE!!!
