Brenda: Yuh does read me LIKE A BOOK. Where ever I live in a multi-racial society (Trindad/Guyana/America) I always hope to see FAIRNESS from GOVERNMENT. All races should be treated equally. I know that there will always be favouritism (human nature) but it does not have to be excessive.
If this indeed is the NEW MINISTER OF CULTURE, first of all I am shocked. And second of all (being the TRINIDADIAN that I am) I would make a guess that THIS MAN might might bring some FAIRNESS to the CULTURE SCENE for the FIRST TIME in MY LIFETIME.
Yes!!! That is where my thoughts were ROAMING -- FAIRNESS IN THE CULTURE PIE and pushing the ENVELOPE to a FUNCTIONAL MINISTRY!!!
