We survived (and even enhanced) the CRACKSHOT CRISIS but when THE MUSIC is challenged and there is NO ANSWER to the critique ... perhaps then it is time to listen to THE MESSENGER.

The fundamental question remains (and it should be remedied immediately): How can the judges judge your TREATMENT of a CALYPSO when for more than HALF OF THE ARRANGEMENT -- you are not EVEN PLAYING THE CALYPSO?

Of course I have to put in my own TWO CENTS. Not only should the bands be made to spend more time PLAYING THE ORIGINAL CALYPSO during the arrangement -- but since it is CARNIVAL SATURDAY NIGHT in TRINIDAD, they should also mandate that some of the CALYPSO PARTS of the ARRANGEMENT be PLAYED IN CALYPSO.

If the EX-VEEPEE could deliver that for me, I am willing to give him back his original job of VEE PEE and not ASSISTANT TO THE SCHOOL MISTRESS.
