It is said the we [WST] are the biggest and the best pan site, in spite of the lack of involvement from our membership, can you imagine how awesome we could be if we have just 5% of our membership contributing to the forum, won't you like to see us get better?
You need to be a member of When Steel Talks to add comments!

We are beezee people and sometimes we can't find the time to keep the forum "buzzing." Lol!
How are my pan brothers and sisters going?
I truly think that WST IS indeed the "biggest and best pan site," and some of the responses to this comment have me cracking-up..."some people have 'stage fright'."
Perhaps we should start to communicate on how to establish the first pan store with showrooms and sets of ensembles and instruments laid-out like that of furniture in a home depot, with strains of soft or acceptable pan-music in the air.
I want to start a 15-piece ensemble, I won't have to run up, down, back, forth from pillar to corner looking to get a pan here, there and everywhere then to match them up.
By the time I acquire all the pieces of instruments, I would have run a 26-mile marathon, and would have changed my mind.
I want to open my pan restaurant where customers can walk into the instrument and enjoy an evening of sweet tenor wine, dry second wine, or perhaps, a medium cello to accompany the special of the day that consists of: lemon-glazed, succulent guitar trout, or pan rack of gingered lamb, 6-bassed potatoes, rhythmic rice, on a bed of fresh quads salad.
What else do I want to do?
I want to ensure the word 'pannist' gets its rightful place in some dictionary, but please...not the co-te-se co-te-la.
I also want to encourage the powers that be to launch the first steelpan nursery -- ages 5-9 -- affording them their own mini music festival and perhaps Panorama namely Babes of Steel.
Anything else?
That's enough buzzing!
Love you guys.
Sandra Blood,
That was more buzzing that the Flight Of The Bumble Bee.
In everything if there is more being taken out than putting in we soon "run out"
As we Speak, I just heard from one of our Members "Claude Gonzales" who has been MIA for some months, He said that he is Fine but he does not wish to Contribute anymore, I wish I knew his reasons but it's not for me to Question. A good Forum is like a good Marriage, it's had it's ups and downs but to make it work we have to talk about it, we might disagree but at least in the end we can agree.
The Ghost and Claude gone... Wha you go do... How it go look...
Cecil, "In everything if there is more being taken out than putting in we soon 'run out' " good point...
Every member has a responsibility to upkeep the site that's the only requirement.
What can YOU share with fellow members today? I'll go first, I am looking forward to listening to the Toronto Mass Choir this evening, Wintley Phipps will also be there he is a very good Trini born singer.
Another thing I am looking forward to is meeting a fellow WST member I've never meet before from another city, he will be traveling with his daughter that sings in the choir.
To all the members of WST, It pleases me whenever I see a new person making a Comment.
If you have never led a Discussion its very easy, Click on ADD next to your name, Type in the "Discussion Title" the name of the Subject you will like to Discuss, then Post whatever you would like to say bout the Discussion, it does not have to be lengthy, Category, tags, etc is not necessary, then click on Add Discussion. If after you Add your Discussion and you make a mistake you can click on Option and you can Edit or Delete if you wish.
Sometimes I open a Discussion with a few words and I get a lot of comments, Sometimes it Open a can of worms but it makes the Forum Interesting.
I hear yuh Dre but some how I feel that membership should not be just to see "wah goin orn" there should be an obligation to have the forum buzzing at all times. if Pan Times were to stop posting the forum will be MT.
