I played for my first small side [under a hog plum tree in the late 60s in Mona, Jamaica] when John Gibbs was captain of Jamaica All Stars there, along with Kelvin Hart [arranger, tenor], Desmond Hernandez [guitar pan], "4-chords" Norbert [seconds], Aga Morris [tuner], as well as Randolf and Mackie Burnette [both percusssion].
