JUDGE to rule on PAN INJUNCTION -- TOMORROW!!!

In 2013 in Silver Stars panyard..at a proper meeting..Ramesh Lawrence Maharaj SC...stated clearly and succinctly that the MEMBERSHIP of an organization is supreme. The OFFICERS Serve at the pleasure of the membership.

Misguided logic from any detractors will not be tolerated. The voice and wisdom of the membership must be obeyed. The constitution provides for removal of central executive before October. The membership takes precedence over all and if an early election is their wish, then so be it. Respect that..Claude Gonsalves..

Gerard Mendez, chairman of the Northern region, who was named as a defendant in the lawsuit, said at any meeting of PanTrinbago, the membership is the highest decision making body and urged the judge not to lose sight of that.

Allyuh see the HYPOCRISY in that statement. All of a sudden the MEMBERSHIP is the highest decision making body.

So how come as the HIGHEST DECISION MAKING BODY they don't make a decision to PAY THEMSELVES their PANORAMA MONEY. Man still standing outside the court house begging for that. A pan woman house burn down and she cyar even get she $500 which she needs so badly -- but she is the highest decision making body.

Allyuh think that the membership made the decision to PAY ALL DEM ATTORNEY fees from THE NEW VISIONARIES to NOW. When all that money could have been spent on PAN YARDS and SETTING UP A PAN RECORDING STUDIO and a million other things.

The CENTRAL EXECUTIVE has the decked STACKED against the MEMBERSHIP and uses them as PANORAMA SLAVES. That is the reality!!!
