Would splitting NY Panorama up into 3 sections work like trinidad, small medium large and single pan.
Is it something that can bring in more patrons to the event and help some of other band that would like to take part. With this rule bands need to have no less than 50 and no more than 100, I can be wrong but near future if we dont do something I see a decline in bands taking part. we went from almost 16 bands in panorama to about 7-9 bands.
It will also help up coming arrangers.
