Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - The Katzenjammers Steel Orchestra with winning arranger Kersh Ramsey led from the preliminaries, then made it clear coming out of the semi-finals, and finally cemented the title with a resounding performance on stage in the finals of the 2023 Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama. The steel orchestra delivered a big band performance on home turf at the Dwight Yorke Stadium in sister isle Tobago.
