  • PHI people and EPAN people  I find it sad that neither of you found the time to  answer a simple question. you were quick to post links to your product. Your market is not one another but the people who ask questions about your product.

    • The E-Pan is The World's First (and only) Electronic Synthesized Steelpan and it is fully patented.
The E-Pan technology is very superior. In the event a note is not working, there is a maintenance feature in the software which automatically fixes on calibrate. This has been so since its inception. If someone takes a hammer and chisel and destroys the note or E-Pan, you will have to send it back to the dealer or manufacturer. There are official E-Pan dealers and repair shops in different domains the world over. But, once a customer contacts NAPE, Inc. about a repair situation, NAPE officials will guide them in that path.
With all respect Cecil, if someone seriously needs information on the E-Pan, He/she usually contacts NAPE, Inc. through the website www.napeinc.com (go to"Contact Us" page). I hope you don't seriously expect to get answers at your beck and call posting questions on blog platforms such as this. I come on these blogs periodically and I am only responding to this because it was brought to my attention by a colleague who came accross this conversation.
I am not sure if you even own a regular pan, but lets say you owned a Guppie Steelpan. If it needed repair, will you ask the regular tuner around the corner to fix it for you or would you go back to Guppie himself?
In closing I will say this. NAPE, Inc. guarantees its product for two years. So if something is wrong with the instrument, NAPE, Inc. stands by their product. By the way did you see Trinidad BP Renegades using the E-Pan in Trinidad as they make History check out Duvone Stewart the MASTER at work https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=jTStTR0ronk&am...
