With the COVID VIRUS wrecking the NATION (people dying left and right) and the economy in tatters, the lines to get on THE NEXT PAN TRINBAGO EXECUTIVE are getting LONGER AND LONGER. Because we all know that once you get on THAT EXECUTIVE your bread is buttered; plus you could steal as much as you want and it is NOBODY'S BUSINESS.
So the battle to get on the leading candidate's slate (Robert Hernandez) has brought bitterness and infighting and backbiting into this POLITICAL CAMP and Robert Hernandez just did not have the leadership and political skills to keep the TROOPS IN LINE. Furthermore, there were (are) some very desperate MEN and WOMEN who will do ANYTHING to get on that PAYROLL.
Meanwhile there is talk going around that BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE is doing some BAND VOTER PADDING IN TOBAGO trying to add more DELEGATES with some FAKE STEELBANDS so that she could WIN AGAIN. I did not quite get the whole story on that -- so I will have to update the picture later in the GAME.
I don't know how much ground AMAR has gained!!! And I don't know how well RUSSELL PROVIDENCE is doing as CAMPAIGN MANAGER for the AQUIL ARRINDELL CAMPAIGN. But the SOUTH BANDS are like CRABS in a BARREL so they might end up voting for BEVERLEY in the NORTH and as BYRON SERRETTE stated: THAT WILL BE A DISASTER FOR THE STEELBAND MOVEMENT IN TRINIDAD that will TAKE DECADES to UNRAVEL.
So in the end it is about a FEW PAN HUSTLERS PIMPING THE SYSTEM to get JOBS for themselves and TO HELL WITH THE PAN MAN AND PAN PROGRESS.
WHAT A SHAME!!! No greater shame than TELLING EVERYBODY go to TOBAGO for EASTER to ensure that you could KEEP CONTROL OF THE THA. And the next thing you know PEOPLE DYING LEFT AND RIGHT across the nation as a DIRECT RESULT of that SUPER SPREADER EVENT. The same for the AUGUST 10TH ELECTION -- THE GRAPHS DON'T LIE.
So maybe BEVERLEY might just postone the ELECTTONS INDEFINITELY and stay in power for the NEXT THREE YEARS -- COLLECTING THE BIG SALARY, DRIVING THE FREE SUV and LIVING IN THE FREE HIGH END GOVERNMENT SPONSORED APARTMENT.
