Okay!!! I will give you two hours. But take the notes from Denise and write up a summary of the high points in the meeting and come and give us a report. That way we (ah saying "we" and I is not a TEAM REBUILD member) control the narrative and anybody who want to write after go be bringing stale news. Of course you cannot control the criticisms that will come one way or another -- but TEAM REBUILD would have created the FIRST IMPRESSION and you know what they say about that!!!
