Many thanks Cecil...unfortunately we could and should have played much better...it's not easy to keep young people focussed on the requirements of Pan for long periods these days (practice, timely attendance etc.) so we kinda paid the price for that....I wasn't too thrilled with the performance right after we played, but after hearing it here it wasn't al that bad, just untidy in parts...say wha?...next year nah?...

merrytonestothebone: This PANORAMA TING is real hard work, boy. Too much for me. Leh meh tell yuh how complex it is. I doh like KES and whatever he do I doh even give it a listen. EXPAT life real different. In Trinidad you are forced too listen. The fetes the parties the radio the DJ your friends forcing it in you and some young lady telling you how much she likes the song. Don't mention the environment in which you are listening to the song.
Now, I have heard many discussions on this topic and many different opinions: But I cannot appreciate a piece of PANORAMA music if I don't know the song they are playing. So I listened to your song in the dark and now I have to go and listen to KES (who I cannot stand) in order to better understand and appreciate your rendition.
PEOPLE does real give me ah headache -- excuse the PUN.
