If the first vision of XPATS and LOCALS 4 PAN is "to produce the highest quality steel pan music production available" then they need to make sure that they hire PJJ and BUGS and ME as CONSULTANTS when they get ready to go the studio.
THIS IS THE IMPORTANT FACT IN THE INDUSTRY, TO ESTABLISH OUR FULL INVOLVEMENT TO MAKE OUR NATIONAL INSTRUMENT THE ONE THE WORLD HAS TO KNOW BY OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE GLOBAL SCALE OF THIS BUSINESS THAT IS DEVELOPING.
