HEY GUY"S; this extradition business ain't no joke, there IS another possible EXTRADITION in the works right NOW, where the INFRINGMENT of the 4ths & 5ths tenor pan technology, that was Copyrighted in the U.S. through the Library of Congress Washington D.C., where $34,500.000.oo million was given to Copeland to research a pan that already been in existance, Design Patented, Trademarked, and Copyrighted, where Brian Copeland et al Patent his alleged Genesis first of it's kind G-pan in the U.S, which happens to be Anthony Williams and Pan Am North Stars 29 inch big tenor pan, that was used in the "Ivory and Steel" album, at this present time, a "Dossier" is in the hands of a Supreme Court Attorney and D.A. to be presented to the Grand Jury, to obtain an Indictment, which will definitly implement an Extradition, this violation was about money and not the pan, the pan was used as a "Camouflage" to get to the money, naughty, naughty, naughty, let me see them get out of this ONE...

CH; the GORTT does not OWE PT any fund's, they got that funding since Janurary 2015, where unsponsored bands got funded to partipicate in panorama, and come on the road for carnival, single pan bands got $10.000.oo, small $15,000.oo, medium $20,000.oo, and large $25,000.oo, sponsored band's get's a big fat O, and PT takes 10% from every band, sponsored and unsponsored, CH do the MATH...

odw, in todays Trinidad Express there is an article saying how much money is owed to Pan Trinbago by the GORTT. I dont know how to upload the article here. It says only 1.7 million is owed to PT and not the 4 Million PT says that (GORTT) owe of the pan players moneys....... check it out.
Why is it in June the GORTT. still owe PT money for pan players?
Don't worry Cecil, with the international Panorama things will soon change. Claude boy Diaz will have to deal with the FBI. There are Americans in this competition.

Bugs, the funny thing here is Diaz was really waiting on the GORTT, for money, every body kicking pan people ass in the Mecca.

Not only in the Mecca, in "Foreign" also, check out this rule for the International Panorama,they really think Pan people dotish.
Where in the world a band would travel overseas for a competition after incurring expenses for the trip, and then have to pay the organizer a percentage of their prize money. This to me, is like a shakedown.
Can any one explain/interpret this rule for me? Remit 10% for development purpose, I did not know PT or the ICP/UWI had a development fund for Pan.
You might as well call it a charity event, where this donation 10% is tax deductible. This coming from a group not well know for transparency.
13. FINANCE
13.1 Financial Contributions – In keeping with a decision taken by the International Conference & Panorama (ICP) Steering Committee, each steelband which participates in the competition shall remit to the ICP a financial contribution in a sum equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the earnings of the steelband from Prize Monies and Appearance Fees, for developmental purposes.
13.2 Deduction from Gross Earnings – For the purposes of convenience in remitting payment of the financial contribution mentioned in clause 13.1 hereof, the organization shall deduct the respective sum from the gross earnings of each steelband prior to paying over the net earnings to the said steelband.
