It is not like PAN TRINBAGO never had the money to pay the PAN MEN. I mean if you run up TWENTY FIVE MILLION DOLLARS in debt it means that PLENTY MONEY passed through your hands; not to mention the allocations you received from the government on top of all the money you borrowed. And if I read it right the school girl Minister just said that an amount of $5 million was given to Pan Trinbago in the last week of October (just last week) to pay the PAN PLAYERS.
So money is definitely NOT A PROBLEM.
Which begs two questions: "Whey the money gone, Mr. Diaz? Whey the money gone?" and "What is the problem?"
