This is the best commentary that I have heard pertaining to  the impass between the Minister of Culture and the Steelband Fraternity and what makes it so ironic is that it was produced by another icon of Trinidad and Tobago Culture, The Original DeFosto. Great lyrics, beautiful melody and it speaks " the truth ". DeFosto I applaud you for illustrating to Mr. Winston ( Gypsy ) Peters how our Culture and National Treasure ( The Steelband ) should be supported especially by our Minister of Culture. As a true member of the Steeelband Fraternity I want to thank you for such a beautiful composition. I love the melody for a Panorama tune and I know that you going to " jam it " in the Calypso Fiester and Calypso Monarch Competitions. Good luck with the tune for the 2011 Carnival Season and thanks again.
