Possible Tax-deductable Donation to the City of Miramar Steel Drum (Pan) Music Classes

Good morning,

I know that we have never formally met, but my name is George David Goddard, and I'm the eldest son of the famous steelband pioneer, George "Sonny" Goddard. I just recently got the okay to start a pan music course in Miramar Florida, and I would really like to be able to use the E-Pan in my classes. Is there ANY way that we can make that happen? This is a community-based program, and this can be a huge opportunity to market your amazing instrument. I am also in contact with Marcel, as I would also like to have a P.H.I. in the classroom (We can ALL eat food.) On a lighter tip, my birthday is also on March 15, so I know you must be creative and artistic. I hope that we are able to meet in person soon, and would love to hear from you in re to this note.

Yours In Pan,

George D. Goddard 1 (954) ***-**** xxx@xxxxxxx.net

E-Pan Purchase

Hi Salmon,

As my profile states, I am about to start a pan program in two cities starting December 1st. If I were to place an order: 1. Would I be able to get it in time? 2. Would you consider a discount price, as this is a community-based, music education program?

I may be reached at 1 (954) ***-****. Looking forward to hearing from you, and great invention!

Sincerely,

George D. Goddard

Hi again, Salmon. I like the offer; your invention is way worth it! I don't have that amount to spend in the budget right now, as I have to purchase conventional pans as well. Would you consider a six-month "lease-to-own" plan, where I pay down $550* now, and $200 a month for 10 months? (1 tenor E-Pan @ $2400 + tenor collapsible stand @ $150 = $2550) If it ships from Trini, I can have someone pick it up and handle the shipment. Please contact me at your earliest convenience at (954) ***-****. I also created an account on your website. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

George D. Goddard

Hi Mr. George Goddard, Thanks for your e-mail. When I first received it I thought that you were going to be purchasing more than one instrument. However, if you are just purchasing one, I will not be able to give you such a huge discount per instrument. Unfortunately I cannot oblige to your financing proposal. I certainly understand that in this financial recession times that cash is not flowing as lucrative as one wants, but NAPE, Inc. or myself is not offering financing at this point. Please remember that NAPE, Inc. and myself do have financial obligations to manufacturers and suppliers as well so I cannot put together a unit for you and then tell all my suppliers that I will pay them in 10 months. It will not work like that. If I come up with any suggestions I will let you know.

Thanks for your interest in the E-pan.

Sincerely, Salmon Cupid

Hi Salmon, I totally understand; sorry for the miscommunication. If I choose to purchase just the one tenor e-pan, what kind of discount are you able to offer? Also, as my program builds, I will be purchasing more instruments. Thanks for your speedy response.

Salmon E-Pan Man-Cupid

When will you be buying?

11/13, 10:59am

George D Goddard

I would definitely like to have it by the end of this month (before the start of the classes). If it is coming from Trini, I can have someone pick it up with the payment, and we'll handle the shipping. If it ships from the US, then what are the shipping rates? BTW- You can call my cell phone at (954) ***-**** anytime. Thanks.

11/13, 12:14pm

Salmon E-Pan Man-Cupid

It will be coming from Canada. So, what I will do for you is I will take care of the shipment for this one time purchase. Thanks, Salmon

Thanks. I would have to seek for additional funding, but I'm confident that I can come to an acceptable amount. What is the lowest total payment (shipment included) would you accept? Sorry for being a pain in the ass; I saw your postings. Are you aware there are others who claim to be the first? Check out:

Endorsement?

Hi Salmon,

On February 27th, I will be performing at a huge event here in Florida (see link), and on March 6th, I will also be performing for the North Miami Beach Community Festival. The first event is being heavily promoted via various media, and will be videotaped. The second event is expecting over 10,000 guests, and I am guaranteed a display booth/tent. I think that these are huge promotional opportunities (outside the "Trini" market) for the E-Pan, and I would like you to consider the possibility of your invention being endorsed at both events. I also plan to include the E-Pan in my community classes (in Hollywood, Miramar, and, soon, North Miami Beach). I may be reached at (954) ***-**** at any time. I know that this is short notice, however, I can assure you that the exposure you would receive, would benefit the E-Pan tremendously. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi George D Goddard

Can you post this link on your wall please and big up all pan men and women, expressing that the E-Pan is a tool that can help move the steelpan player into the futuristic age (which is now)? Just as the piano player has the keyboard as a utility tool, the pannist now has the E-Pan as a utility tool. A digital electronic instrument will never sound and feel like an acoustic instrument. Because of technology they are going to come close and as time goes on and technology improves, the electronic instrument will get better. The link is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RA6uowhUQVs

PLEASE READ: THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO EVERYONE WHO USES FACEBOOK FOR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL REASONS AND WISHES TO STAY IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CONTACTS!!

Have you noticed that you are only seeing updates in your newsfeed from the same people lately? Have you also noticed that when you post things like status messages, photos and links, the same circle of people are commenting and you are not hearing from anyone else?

The problem is that a large chunk of your contact list can't see anything you post and here's why:

The "New Facebook" has a newsfeed setting that by default is automatically set to show ONLY posts from people you've recently interacted with or have interacted the most with (which would be limited to the couple of weeks just before people started switching to the "new profile"). So, in other words, for both business and personal pages, unless you or your friends/fans commented on one anothers posts within those couple of weeks - you are now invisible to them and they are invisible to you!!

HERE'S THE FIX: On your homepage click the "Most Recent" title on the right of the Newsfeed, then click on the drop down arrow beside it and select "Edit Options". Click on "Show Posts From" and change the setting to "All Of Your Friends and Pages" (you can also access the "Edit Options" link at the very bottom of the Facebook homepage on the right)

Note: Business pages do not have a newsfeed. Owners of business pages should adjust the settings on their personal accounts.

The good news is: You can now view all of your friends and fans again.

The bad news is: YOU ARE STILL INVISIBLE to a large portion of your list. If you want to re-establish contact, you will need to get the word out to ALL of your contacts by inviting them to this "event" or creating one of your own so they can read the post and adjust their settings.

11/28, 4:59pm

George D Goddard

the "bad" is just based on aesthetics. i l happened to listen to the cd, after going to listen to Melton Mustafa's CD release. He had a sextet: an upright bass, a acoustic drum set, a keyboardist, a trombone, a sax, and himself on trumpet and fugle horn...

this jazz group was tight! And, seeing the instrumentalists improvise on their instruments, was magical. The keyboardist, although I'm sure he had other tones, stuck to piano and keyboard tones. I definitelly see the application of /MIDI, which I myself use.

But NOTHING beats the authentic instruments, and that became clearer, as I listened to the tones on the E-Pan.

The pan samples, I have always had an issue with from ever since pan samples have been out, so, again, no dissin the E-Pan. Pan samples are still too "rangey" for me; they sound great with certain octaves, and corny outside of them.

11/28, 5:15pm

George D Goddard

I see the E-Pan, as a great tool, for composers, though, especially, pan players. I admit, though, that I have concerns about endorsing products, without any form of compensation, and backing companies that fail to give back, even in token gesture. I applaud all the work you have done, and continue to do, both on the private and community levels, however, you also need to consider that you are marketing your product, which most of the people I seek to serve cannot afford, myself included. I think we both need to reconsider exactly how important we are to each other, because I do not want to be misunderstood. I have to be honest with you; I get a sense of convenience in your time with me, as if you are focused only on your agenda. I have no issue with that, but you must also understand that I have to focus on mine. Nobody is giving me anything out here, just a bunch of li[ service, and I am wise enough to sense what people really think of me, in terms of having business smarts or relevance as a pan player. The last time you came...

11/28, 5:25pm

George D Goddard

I did not feel comfortable with the E-Pan, because, again, I felt rushed, and uncomfortable playing without sticks. Obviously, I am NO Duvonne or Boogsie, but then again, they are not me either. I bring an academic approach to the pan industry, and, I know, if you are really serious about seeking my endorsement, it will be more than a rushed photo op. I told you, I have AMAZING contacts, in the community, and experience in both marketing and sales. You know I also have a family, home, and myself to upkeep, so with those factors, I think that making a serious plan to include me as one of your endorsers, is becoming. No disrespect bro, as I told you, I love your instrument, love you, and what you do, and that as soon as I can afford it, an E-Pan is a must in my studio and music programs. However, I don't think it is fair to be both paying customer and endorser. I have to ensure that the same exploitation that I am trying to protect my peers from, I myself do not become victim to. Anyway, I have to go, but I hope we keep this line of honest debate going. And, again, no offense meant; sometimes we ALL do things that we are not aware of the message they send. Hotep.

Salmon E-Pan Man-Cupid

Hi George,

private or confidential

Thanks for your e-mail on facebook with respect to your feedback on the CD. You mentioned a lot of things, but I get the gist of the story. The steelpan tone that was used IS NOT an authentic steelpan recorded tone and as you know, even if it was an authentic recorded steelpan tone it still would not sound the same as a steelpan. I know that, you know that and the world knows that. In case you do not know, all electronic tones can be deemed pathetic if you want to compare it to the original. That's not the aim of my creating the E-Pan. I don't need to go through with you what my aim was because it is all over the internet. In a nutshell I can tell you it is to put the steelpan player on the same playing field as players of all other instruments (like the electro-keyboard). Each musician is to use the E-Pan tool however he sees fit. It does not matter to me, s long as it works for them. For instance you mentioned that you want to use MIDI ... then use MIDI and do whatever you want. It does not matter to me. Since I went into production, some talented panist are using them in ways I did not yet imagine.

I certainly agree with you and everyone else with respect to their thoughts on endorsing. If someone endorses a product they should reap some sort of benefit. In most cases it is financial. In others there is an arrangement made. Unfortunately, my fraternity (panmen/women) is a small one. To the individual it may be big, but when viewed in a "world over" perspective, steelpan is a tiny market. It's "niche" as you know. The interpretation of endorsing a product or someone is up for debate. When someone receives a contract for endorsing a product the agreement within the contract varies. Some people wear lines of clothing in public places to promote the product and get free paraphernalia of that product from the company and may even receive some signing bonus, monthly salary, yearly bonuses etc. Again, I will encourage and hope that every panman and woman that endorses a product gets that big payday as well.

I see on facebook that you posted and that you had a fantastic outing when you went to Melton Mustafa's CD release. Do you call that endorsing Mustafa or just mentioning what a good time you had? I am asking this question so I get a feel for what you call endorsing. My interpretation is that you just shared with your friends on facebook a good event you went to. I don't think you endorsed it, but maybe you think you did.

Everybody that is working on any sort of project will come up against some negativity. They will also come up with supporters/fans. You try to keep your fans close to you. Your supporters are your base. Without a good base of supporters you are as good as no-good. You are more likely to fail. I am a supporter and fan of your work. There are aspects of what you do that I don't agree with, but you advocate on behalf of steelpan men and women and I like that. The things I don't agree with I just don't comment on. A fan supporting a project has nothing to do with convenience in the way in which you put it. They are a fan. I'm a fan of yours for example or you are a fan of mine for example. It has nothing to do with convenience. If I had money or my project was funded by government it would have been much easier for me to hire some of my fans who are qualified for whatever jobs I'm offering. I don't think someone will hire a detractor on purpose unless they are just looking for a good critic (critic is also a job. A highly paying job too). One of my biggest fans is Andre-Roger Dellevi. Another of my big fans is my father-in-law. I have literally guided them directly into your path. I clicked "friend request" with my own hands so that they would link with you because you have good literature out there. I guess you might want to call that me endorsing you. I don't see it that way though. Recently Andre-Roger Dellevi e-mailed the Panomundo group and spoke highly of you and me both. I guess you will see that as him endorsing the both of us. I say that fans like those are priceless. I call them raving fans. The more raving fans you have, the more successful you become.

I think you understand what I am trying to say. I have raving fans and I am also a raving fan for someone else or another product, but I don't think that when I'm wearing my raving fan hat I have expectations. Whether I'm a raving fan for the iPhone, Nike ... or whatever other product I am a raving fan for or of. On the other hand, when I read or see communications from my raving fans, It lifts me or gives me moral support that money cannot buy. I hope you understand what I am trying to say. Since I met you personally, George Goddard, every time I come to Florida I call you or try to make contact. This time around I was in Ft. Lauderdale for a few hours. I had Duvone Stewart's CD on me which is for sale and as busy as I was I made the effort to get one to you. Would it have been a great photo opportunity for George Goddard to buy or receive a CD? Yes! Taking the photo didn't work, but that didn't mean anything. I still wanted to get your feedback; what did you think about the CD. It is good to hear what the consumer or someone other than yourself thinks so that you can improve from these different perspectives. This is the reason I contacted you a few times after I left Florida to hear what your thoughts were. I could not sit down and have a long conversation with you because I was not in Florida for that length of time. I was rushed. I was hoping to spend five minutes of the twenty minutes I spent with you.

You mentioned that you can be a good marketing tool for me and the E-Pan. When I was leaving I asked you to put a package together and let me see if I could work with it. I assume that you were speaking about the E-Pan. If you can sell E-Pans I will be more than happy to work out a financial reward from E-Pan sales. That is just how business works. I will not run from that. I WOULD LOVE TO PAY YOU FOR EVERY E-PAN YOU SELL. Unfortunately, at this point in time (Thursday, November 20th), I am not in the market or looking for you to endorse the E-Pan or any of my other products and when I say endorse I mean contractually. Only because I do not have the finances to give you a big or small payday. As I said earlier, if I was supported or in a financial position to pay you then I'd say that I am in the market for people to endorse the product contractually. The same applies to distributing E-Pans out to individuals. Every time an E-Pan is built it costs money to build. I am saying this because you can easily come back and tell me "just give me a free E-Pan" but that still will not work for me as the cost of the E-Pan has to be covered from somewhere. I am considered a small businessman who is not funded by any government institution and I don't receive any grants. I have overhead bills and a family to take care of.

By the way, recently I had a situation and I did up a contract for an individual. The contract was based upon mutually agreed upon terms and for some reason, the individual still has not signed the contract. It's not like I don't try. Putting your name on a piece of paper is quite frightening apparantly.

Salmon, again, you fail to understand me, not the other way around. I understood you from DAY ONE! Thankfully, our conversations are time-stamped, and I reply to you in further detail. It is not fair to expect me to respond to your lengthy reply with a "quick note". What I can tell you, is go back to the beginning of this message thread, because it reveals A LOT about who supports who. I am extremely disappointed in your attempt at sarcastic guilt-laying, and to be clear: I OWE YOU NOTHING!!! I will place the CD in plastic, and keep it safely for you to pick up, because I DO NOT WANT IT. I NEVER ASKED YOU FOR ANY FREE CD!!! If you really knew me, you would know that I like to do my research, and when I am done researching our business relationship, I will respond further. But, you are EXTREMELY out of place, and the FACTS don't back up ANYTHING you claim about yourself and myself, as to our "support/fan/whatever" for each other. You ONLY started taking me seriously, when you realized I had influence on others, and has NEVER helped me promote ANYTHING!!! So, Salo, you may be able to pull that one off on some other stereotypical panman, but I got you on this. Again, I will respond to EVERY claim you made with FACTS/EVIDENCE. As ALWAYS, Shem Em Hotep,

11/30, 11:33pm

George D Goddard

For example, of the lack of respect for my dad's name back in 2009. You did not even acknowledge that opening message. Also, the talk of money got your attention, as it took two months to get you to even speak to me. More to come...Your claims will not stick, Salo. I will also disprove your claim, that every time you came to FL, you took time to see me. Every time you came, it's in YOUR best interests not mine!

11/30, 11:40pm

George D Goddard

Establishing a "Time-Line" of events, and then we will see who really supporting who. Ever ask me about my music classes? Ever promote ANY project I did? Look at the "Time Line" of events, Salo. Do not make claims that you cannot back up. You are ALL for you, and NO ONE else, and a true friend does not hold the TRUTH back, or support in silence. I have openly "endorsed" your product, and you are very ungrateful, and again, your reply is very disappointing, though revealing. Don't be so transparent! Hotep.

This is the start of our conversations. NOTE: You NEVER showed ANY interest in my pan classes, and ONLY responded to me, after I talked "money". You NEVER acknowledged the name "George Goddard", as if he was irrelevant. I also shared with you the competition, and gave continual praises for your instrument. I NEVER heard back from you, after I was still trying to negotiate a price.

Conversation started September 15, 2009 George D Goddard Possible Tax-deductable Donation to the City of Miramar Steel Drum (Pan) Music Classes Good morning, I know that we have never formally met, but my name is George David Goddard, and I'm the eldest son of the famous steelband pioneer, George "Sonny" Goddard. Yours In Pan, George D. Goddard 1 (954) ***-**** ******@*********.net

E-Pan Purchase Hi Salmon, As my profile states, I am about to start a pan program in two cities starting December 1st. If I were to place an order: 1. Would I be able to get it in time? 2. Would you consider a discount price, as this is a community-based, music education program? I may be reached at 1 (954) ***-****. Looking forward to hearing from you, and great invention! Sincerely, George D. Goddard

November 11, 2009 Salmon E-Pan Man-Cupid

Hi George Congrats on the two programs. If you place an order I will make sure you get them by Dec 1st As it is a community program i will give you a $500 discount per pan Thank You Salmon

George D Goddard Thanks. I will get back with you soon.

November 12, 2009

George D Goddard Hi again, Salmon. Sincerely, George D. Goddard

November 12, 2009 Salmon E-Pan Man-Cupid Hi Mr.

George D Goddard Hi Salmon, I totally understand; sorry for the miscommunication. If I choose to purchase just the one tenor e-pan, what kind of discount are you able to offer? Also, as my program builds, I will be purchasing more instruments. Thanks for your speedy response.

Salmon E-Pan Man-Cupid When will you be buying?

George D Goddard I would definitely like to have it by the end of this month (before the start of the classes). If it is coming from Trini, I can have someone pick it up with the payment, and we'll handle the shipping. If it ships from the US, then what are the shipping rates? BTW- You can call my cell phone at (954) ***-**** anytime. Thanks.

Salmon E-Pan Man-Cupid It will be coming from Canada. So, what I will do for you is I will take care of the shipment for this one time purchase. Thanks, Salmon November 13, 2009

George D Goddard Thanks. I would have to seek for additional funding, but I'm confident that I can come to an acceptable amount. What is the lowest total payment (shipment included) would you accept? Sorry for being a pain in the ass; I saw your postings. Are you aware there are others who claim to be the first? Check out: http://www.electricsteeldrums.com/index.html

I don't want ANYTHING for free. Your comments were very rude, suggesting that I was begging you for a free CD. You are the one that solicited me, not the other way around. I have MANY musician friends who give me their CDs, and NONE of them reproach that they cost money. That was insulting, because I know that CDs cost money to make. If you did not see a benefit for you, there is NO way, you would have come out of your way to give me a free CD. Also, on the voicemail message, you said that you wanted me to be the "first one to buy the CD", so, what changed? What, I looked so poor, that you had a change of heart. (I have the voice mail message saved, if you want proof of what you said. Again, ALL your visits and contact with me, were self-seeking, and you NEVER came to discuss ANY of my endeavors; it is ALWAYS about you, you, and your E-Pan! So, yes, I DO NOT want ANYTHING from ANYONE, who fells that I should kiss they ass, or become a "raving fan". I am a fan of NO ONE!!! Especially, one who seems to be set on their own agenda, and intends to use me for their own selfish reasons. And that's what your actions show, as evidenced by our conversations, as proven in the time-line.

So, come pick it up ANYTIME!!!

George D Goddard

Then, after not hearing from you after a few months, I again contacted you. That was February of 2010, but you ignored me, and I did not hear form you until October of that year, when you were seeking my help in promoting the E-Pan. No mention of ANYTHING I was working on. Again, ALL about YOU!!!

George D Goddard

Here is the proof: February 10, 2010

George D Goddard Endorsement? Hi Salmon, On February 27th, I will be performing at a huge event here in Florida (see link), and on March 6th, I will also be performing for the North Miami Beach Community Festival. I look forward to hearing from you soon. http://www.ci.miramar.fl.us/development/drums.html

Salmon E-Pan Man-Cupid Hi George D Goddard Can you post this link on your wall please and big up all pan men and women, expressing that the E-Pan is a tool that can help move the steelpan player into the futuristic age (which is now)? Just as the piano player has the keyboard as a utility tool, the pannist now has the E-Pan as a utility tool. A digital electronic instrument will never sound and feel like an acoustic instrument. Because of technology they are going to come close and as time goes on and technology improves, the electronic instrument will get better. The link is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RA6uowhUQVs

George D Goddard My sincere pleasure, Salo. Keep representin'!!! One love.

George D Goddard Address for the gig and my cell number Hi Salo, I'll be at the Marriott Harbor Beach on Ft. Lauderdale Beach, 3030 Holiday Drive, which is off A1A. (You can take either 17th St. Causeway, then north on A1A, or Las Olas Blvd.then south on A1A.) My cell number is (954) ***-****. The event is a "women's ministry conference", and I am playing from 5-6pm. I will call you after, if you are not able to make it. Looking forward to meeting you. George.

George D Goddard

When you stepping to me, step real. Don't insult my intelligence; you know EXACTLY what you are doing, and because you get called out, you have an issue. The FACT remains, you WERE NEVER, EVER interested in ANYTHING I do, and only dealt with me, for your own interests. PROVE ME WRONG!!! Show where you showed ANY interest in ANY of my efforts. I nevertheless, still supported you, up until recently, and even in reply yo the CD, I told you it was "great", and as soon as I can, I will be purchasing an E-Pan. What more do you want from a "consumer", which is ALL you see me as?

12/1, 9:39am

George D Goddard

More proof to come...you are NOT going to get away with this pointing finger and laying of guilt trips. Check yourself, businessman!! Stop trying to warp the facts, as to our "relationship", and examine yourself! Hotep.

FACTS ABOUT MELTON MUSTAFA:

12/1, 9:59am

George D Goddard

1. He is not only my former college professor, but he is also a "father figure" to me. 2.He is the Imam of a Miami Mosque, and I seek him out for guidance. 3.He and I have been very close, and were business partners in a company. I am also friends with his family. 4.He almost died from a rare form of cancer last year, and I am thankful he is still with us. 5.He has NEVER posted any promotional materials on my Facebook profile, nor has he EVER tagged me in any of his promotional photos. 6. DID NOT endorse nor comment on his CD, which I purchased that night for $15, as I have not yet listened to it. I commented on the show, because I heard the show, and could make a sensible comment about the music. 7. Melton and I, disagree at times, and we both understand that a "true friend" will not hold back the "truth", whether it's offensive or not. 8. Melton could have been filthy rich if he was selfish. Rather than pursue a lucrative career, he chose to be a teacher, and many times, when he felt low and wanted to quit the teaching profession, it was because of his love for his students, that held back the pen of resignation. He chose to teach, even though it meant making a lot less money. This, from a man who used to be in Count Basie's band! You, Salmon, are NO Melton Mustafa, and I am not referring to the musician, but the father, mentor, Imam, friend, and unselfish brother. So, my friend, your mentioning that I posted about his show, is totally out of place, for you DO NOT know about the relationship I have with Melton, nor how he has helped me, financially included. BTW- Another thing about Melton: At the show, he made sure and hired one of the steelpan majors to play with the jazz band that evening. He has been very instrumental in grooming panists like Freddie and Leon Foster Thomas, both of whom would not be as great jazz musicians as they are.

This is what separates the "Givers" from the "Takers". What have you done to give back, that can be compared to what Melton Mustafa has been doing for over 20 years?

George, as I said before, I am sorry for getting u all worked up, on what I don't know, but I'm sorry anyhow. You've said the worst thing someone could say to an individual in your past threads to me. Why? I don't know. For what I don't know. When did I reproach u (since u have accused me of reproaching u)? Since u like your facts. I love my facts too and I also like research. Don't leave out any facts when u present though. Again, today I'm not in that mood. I don't know if I'll be in that mood ever again. We need 2 start agreeing more and disagreeing less. Our pan community is too small. U don't k ow me George and the amount of work that I have given back. I've given back in ways that are both tangible and non-tangible. I did leave u a voice mail. As I recall it was along the lines that I would have liked u to be the first in Florida to buy a CD. The important word there is "FLORIDA" as several CD's were sold before. So if the word "Florida" did not come out on the voicemail, or it was not clear please insert "Florida" there. Before I came 2 Florida I already had videos posted of CD's being sold at the CD launch. Anyhow George, my original e-mail which propelled u into this lambasting of my name and defaming of my character, please take a moment and re-read my lengthy in box e-mail. Don't let your conscience bother u. If I did not want 2 give u a CD I would not have left one with u. The message did not get across, it still not getting across and I don't think that it will ever get across because you going on about how I did not ask u about your father. By the way ... Did u ask me about my father? How and why did u go all there? The conversation was not about that. Stop taking things personal and literal. This was supposed to be an amicable and tame exchange. U win! I am not interested in winning. I am interested in advancing the pan movement and this small talk is a waste of time.

I am not "worked up" my friend. Again, you are projecting your own emotions. Trust me, if I was "worked up", you would know. I am addressing your accusations, including this latest one. Won't stick, my pan colleague. I will agree, when you speak the truth, and address my comments, not my person. Enough with your personal attacks. And stop apologizing; none needed. You are being yourself, and that's fine by me. FYI - I have a lot of supporters who I also call out and disagree with, and none of them reproach their support. Enough of your token acts of kindness, as I do not need it to be successful. You are a for profit business, and need "fans" to be successful. I am already successful, because I am creating other thinkers and leaders in the steelband movement. Again, why haven't you addressed the point I raise, rather that attempting to diagnose my mental state. I have shown you the respect to address your comments, and until you develop the same respect for me and stop playing the "blame game", and end the ingenuity, I cannot take your comments as being truthful or credible. STICK TO THE TOPICS, that you raised, by the way. Also, please note, my choice of CAPS, is for emphasis, not in anger. As I told you, I am disappointed in your self-centered and judgmental approach, to what should have been an understanding that I have the respect for you, enough to take time off my bust day, and respond to your erogenous claims. But, again, I understand that it ALL about YOU and YOUR EGO, and on that issue, I will ALWAYS call you out on. KEEP IT REAL!!! Hotep.

12/1, 12:13pm

George D Goddard

The "important word", to you, my colleague is: BUY!!! Oh, and as far as "lambasting", that is relative, because, the EVIDENCE shows that, this is a "confidential" conversation, and EVERYTHING that I post in public, or allowed you to post on my profile (without permission), has been positive and supportive. As far as deformation of character, again, bro, look up the definition, because I have NO idea what you are talking about. Again, you keep making false claims, and I will respond to them with facts. Sorry that offends you...
