MY MISSION IS GLOBAL STEELDRUM MUSIC -- and I am going to MY GRAVE advocating for THAT MISSION. However, I have long ago RECOGNIZED the GLOBAL DEMAND for a QUALITY PAN at an AFFORDABLE PRICE.
So with THIS SUGGESTION TODAY (and ENTHUSIASM) from DOCTOR SALAH -- I am BUZZED BEYOND BELIEF. I spent the last few months WRITING EMAILS to THE HIGH MAKA MAKA IN GUYANA trying to get them to SET UP THIS EXACT PROGRAM. But POLITICS being what it is -- the people who work to put the party in power call all the shots and grab ALL THE SPOILS. I still think that GUYANA is perfectly positioned to become THE WORLD LEADER IN STEELBAND INSTRUMENTS PRODUCTION.
But if DOCTOR SALAH WILSON is COMMITTED to a TRINIDAD VERSION OF THIS AGENDA -- then he has my 100 PERCENT SUPPORT.
The FIRST STEP is to GET BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE and her FAILED ADMINISTRATION OUT OF OFFICE in OCTOBER and find some VISIONARY LEADERSHIP to REPLACE HER. As BYRON SERRETTE SAID: The worst thing that can happen to PAN'S FUTURE is to NOT PUT A PAN PROGRESSIVE CANDIDATE in OFFICE in 2021 and allow BEVERLEY to EXPAND HER NEPOTISM and CORRUPTION for ANOTHER THREE YEARS.
So all THE PEOPLE who SWEAR THAT THEY LOVE PAN and WANT PAN PROGRESS -- THIS IS THE HOUR OF DECISION!!!
I AM CALLING ON PAN VOICES from ALL OVER THE WORLD TO JOIN FORCES and SUPPORT DOCTOR SALAH WILSON in this PATRIOTIC and SINCERE and FINANCIALLY REWARDING MISSION to KEEP TRINIDAD and TOBAGO THE MECCA OF THE STEELBAND.

Claude, I do not have all the answers, but I am willing to work with all who are interested in finding the ways and means of delivering on this project. It is all about steelpan development
- A steelpan industry in Trinidad & Tobago would be the main supplier of instruments to the world
- The world market would be the public schools and institutions of learning
- The vehicle to establish the steelpan industry is an exclusive Ministry of Pan
